travel to Mabinay from Manila, first fly to
Bacolod (4th largest city in the
Philippines), the capital of Negros Occidental Province,
or to
Dumaguete (home of 5
major universities and colleges), the capital of Negros Oriental Province.
The Dumaguete airport is directly on the national
highway that goes to Mabinay.. There are frequent buses (just flag down
a Ceres bus on the national highway) just outside the Dumaguete airport to take you
from the airport to Mountain Valley Guest Inn.

Province is on the eastern portion of the large Negros Island, the 4th
largest island in the Philippines.
