With more than 400 caves that can be found in the town of Mabinay, the municipality may now be considered as the Cave capital of the Philippines because of its explored and unexplored hidden treasure, on the same town can also be found the second longest cave in the country, the Odlonman cave.

►Gear Rental P800 for one to four cave explorers
►Cave Guide P1,000 for one to four cave explorers
►Each cave explorers need to bring his or her own headlamp, or rent a headlamp
    from Mountain Valley Guest Inn  (located above Odloman Cave) for P50 per
    headlamp per day, plus a deposit of P300 per lamp.

Mabinay Caves

Mabinay has many caves, but only four have so far been developed: the Pangligawan Cave in barangay Lamdas; Pandalihan Cave and Mambajo Cave in barangay Pañiabonan; & Crystal Cave in barangay Bulwang. All four caves are just 1 to 5 kilometers from Mountain Valley Guest Inns. You can hire a Mabinay cave guide for 1000 pesos [US$20] per day.

For a beautiful hotel room or furnished apartment at an affordable price in the Dumaguete area, stay at Mountain Valley Guest Inn on the national highway to Bacolod.
